We are announcing an exciting new e-proof system!
We are pleased to introduce the e-proof sharing and approval tool. This system is designed to allow you the ability to share proofs with your customers while ensuring a quality product when the proof is approved.
You will begin receiving e-proof emails which will contain a link directly to the proof image on the internet.

Upon clicking the link, you will have the ability to view, share, approve, and request changes. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS AUTOMATED EMAIL.
To View
Simply click the e-proof logo in the review box to launch the viewer.
To Share proof with the end customer
Click the Share This Proof Button. This will generate an e-mail with a proof file attached in a widely used Adobe PDF format.
Note: This e-mail communication will come directly from your e-mail address and is completely detached from the e-proof site. Your customer will not have the ability to approve a proof and will not have direct communication with Tatex.
The end customer will receive an email similar to this:
You may choose to communicate with their end customers in any manner they wish and are not limited to the Share this Proof feature.
By launching the proof viewer and selecting the PDF option you have the ability to save the proof to your desktop and use it however you choose (print, e-mail, fax, etc.).
Once you have reviewed the proof
There are three options:
- "Approve as-is" will notify Tatex that production may begin immediately.
- "Approve with changes" will notify Tatex that production may begin as soon as requested modifications are complete. Another proof is not required.
- "Request another proof" will notify Tatex to send another proof file once the requested modifications are complete.
Note: You may also have questions sent to you within the e-proof system and can respond to the question along with any other requested changes.
