PageMaker (7.0 or earlier)

Check to see that we have the fonts used in your layout. DO NOT SEND YOUR FONTS. They must be embedded. Please follow the steps below:

  1. From the File Menu choose EXPORT - ADOBE PDF PageMaker - Step 1: Export Adobe PDF
  2. The next screen will be PDF Options. Under the General Tab click EDIT JOB OPTIONS PageMaker - Step 2: Edit PDF Job Options
  3. Under the Fonts Tab check EMBED ALL FONTS PageMaker - Step 3: Embed All Fonts
  4. Under the Advanced Tab, Options box choose all but the 1st option. The box below is the Document Structuring Conventions (DSC). In this box choose all but the 2nd Box. Choose OK PageMaker - Step 4: Advanced Job Options
  5. EXPORT PageMaker - Step 5: Export...
  6. SAVE PageMaker - Step 6: Save
